About Course
Welcome to our cross-cultural blended learning course by Blackbird. In the course we’ll cover a number of areas:
- What is culture? How does it affect the way we work?
- How can I lead a cross cultural team to maximize results & minimize misunderstandings?
- What problems can I expect when working with cultures very different from mine?
- And finally what tools and practices improve the quality of cross cultural communication with clients & team members?
We’ll address these questions and more in detail. This course is designed with and for professionals, managers and students who work with other cultures on a daily or ad hoc basis, in person or online.
